Quotes & orders
Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. Orders are confirmed once payment terms are agreed and (for custom items) the design proof is approved.
Payment
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, pay on pickup, and pay on delivery. Online card and PayPal payments may be added in the future.
Custom orders
Custom items go into production after you approve the proof. Cancellation after proof approval is generally not possible — see our Returns policy.
Liability
We do our best to ship pieces in perfect condition. Liability is limited to the value of the products ordered.
